Jared composed all the music for Episode 6 of the documentary series sharing the composition duties with friend and composer Blair Joscelyn who composed the music for all other episodes and the trailer below.

This was an exciting project for Jared to work on. The captivating scenery shot in Tibet, The Himalayas, and India was a joy to compose music to. It required Jared to musically underscore the photographer’s journey and challenges in dramatic & adventurous locations. The score needed to enhance the viewer’s emotional connection with the photographer on his journey to get the ultimate photo. The music also had to be sympathetic to the geographical landscapes and cultural rituals that are the subject of the documentary’s featured photographer Richard I’Anson.
Jared drew upon his extensive knowledge and practical musical skills as a percussionist to underscore a large section of the documentary that featured an exuberant street festival, The festival of Colours, in Vrindavan, India.
The 6 part series presented by CANON and National Geographic aired on Foxtel Australia and New Zealand in May/June 2015.
A free to air TV broadcast will be likely sometime late 2015
